We consult with clients to discuss the VA position requirements. This includes understanding the business ethos and values to the personality, aptitude required, the companies working structures and training opportunity.
As a holistic recruitment consultancy, we create targeted recruitment plans for each client and each role, rather than drawing from a large roster of VA’s.
We interview all prospective candidates, to then create a shortlist of suitable candidates, matched on skills, qualifications, personality, values and other important characteristics. All shortlisted candidates references, qualifications and accreditations are verified.
We manage the interview process fully. We either introduce the Client and VA to then interview, or we can assist with the interview, as required. We provide post interview support and feedback, until we find the perfect VA for your company.
