Live our Lifestyle Management service is designed to provide comprehensive support, for our busy and challenging lives.
We all have that feeling of wanting to live better, with a little more time, so that we can spend that time creating memories with our loved ones.
Live, is that gift of time. We can organise the administration of your life, from insurance renewals, to managing the family calendar, organising events, researching trips, and even tracking down wine in a tiny vineyard in Italy, and shipping crates to the UK. (We even had a video from the vineyard owners, in Italian and English). Our list of things that we can do, is as long as your to do list. We have dedicated Lifestyle Mangers to work with you. Your essential Summer Survival support starts here …
We bring you, your essential Summer Survival package, to fully support your summer vacation time, whether you require event organisation, planning your calendar or booking trips away or tickets for social events.
Think of us as your personal assistant, available at a moments notice. For the standard package we are available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.30 pm to provide support, help, organisation or research, almost immediately. This Personal VA support is available at £45 (plus VAT ) an hour, whether you require an hour or more support, we are able to provide you with flexible support.
Your August is looking packed to the rafters with events, picnics, trips away with friends and those all important events for the summer season. If you are feeling as though you require a Personal Assistant meets a Concierge Service, then we have the perfect VIP Lifestyle Management service for you. With this Summer VIP service we are available seven days a week from 8.00 am through to 8.30 pm, almost immediately.
We can order hampers, plan your summer social events (these are priced separately), book hospitality for summer events and ensure that you look your best, by ensuring that your outfits and accessories will arrive on time. Vacationing with friends and family of all ages? We will research games that you can play and order, as a mixed age group and research the local area for activities and places of interest. Jetting off on holiday, yet haven't had time to book excursions? We will ascertain your interests, likes, dislikes and book these for you.
Perhaps you would like to get ahead, ready for the Autumn and Winter months. We can plan your schedules, set up alerts and reminders for important dates or tasks.
We are offering this personalised service throughout August for the hourly rate of £65 per hour (plus VAT), with the minimum booking of ten hours.
This Summer Survival support packages are an extension to our LIVE - Lifestyle Management service and available throughout August 2025.
Work - Professional VA
Work, our professional VA service provides essential VA support, for your professional life and business. All of our services are delivered by experienced, qualified professional VA’s.
We provide core services, through to specialised services, which include data analysis, editing, proofreading, marketing, property and legal VA support.
We create specialised industry focused services, that are tailored to your business or profession, working to industry standards and regulations.
August VA ‘Audit’
Working with three of our specialist VA’s we are providing an essential package to review, update, restructure your essential systems and provide financial and data analysis. Start September with all of your systems optimised for ease of use and efficiency, your People Management policies updated, with a focus on wellness in the workplace, and accurate data, to ensure that you will have your most successful Autumn and Winter season yet. All at £45 per hour (plus VAT).
This is promotion is an extension to our professional Work services and only available throughout August 2025.
Employ - VA Recruitment
We have created a holistic VA recruitment consultancy, to provide a person-focused, recruitment service. We work with the highest calibre of professional people to ensure that we can find the perfect VA for your company.
We consider ethics, values, a person’s aptitude together with skills, experience, education and training opportunities.
